Genesys is now in the second phase of this UI change, allowing us (Platform Admin) to manually enable the new interface. We will begin enabling this next week in batches. This approach will allow our users to become familiar with the new UI while still having the option to roll back to the old version if any major concerns arise. Genesys tentatively plans to permanently enable this change around the week of October 29th, at which point the option to revert to the old UI will no longer be available.
